Simple and nice

It is larger than I thought it was from the dimensions mentioned, though smaller for a 500 gms butter stick.

Elegant yet handy

This butter dish is awesome. I fell in love with it on the site and even more so once it reached home. It’s classy, roomy and oh so handy. The little glass knob at the top permits a firm grip of the delicate glass cover. The shallow tray permits easy access to knife at your butter. Alas, a 500 gm packet of Amul butter fits a bit too snug under the cover such that there is a half cm gap at the bottom as the cover won’t close but that soon amends as you use the butter so that it then fits well into the butter dish. It‘s extremely good quality and well worth the price.
