Whereas with the handle up it is a laptop briefcase.

The exterior is made of splashproof 600D polyester fabric to prevent accidental splashing on your device. The interior thick protective strip and bubble shockproof cotton effectively protect the four edges and sides of your laptop, offering great protection while keeping it light. Besides the main compartment, there is a large front side zipper pocket to store the power adapter, cables, mouse, and other accessories conveniently.
