1. Senior Procurement Manager

Main responsibilities of this position would include:
- Communicating with international partners for placing orders and coordinating shipments
- Analyzing product performances to forecast demand and finalizing purchase order quantities
- Coordinating with freight forwarders and couriers to finalize rates and schedule shipments
- Overseeing procurement from domestic brands and distributors
- Recommending potential products to the team by researching new brands
Preferred requirements/skills for this position are:
- MBA from a reputed university or Bachelor's degree with strong relevant experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Word and Advance Excel
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement & supply chain, interacting with international partners
- Passion for contemporary homeware designs and innovative lifestyle products
 
2. Content & Merchandising Manager

Main responsibilities of this position would include:
- Drafting initial product content including description, dimensions and other specifications.
- Checking and editing product images to make them web-ready
- Managing, sorting and updating various product collections and brand pages
- Assisting in Instagram and Facebook posts
- Reviewing user flow design for the website
- Assisting in cataloging and uploading of products on other marketplaces/platforms
Preferred requirements/skills for this position are:
- 3-6 years of experience in product content writing and digital cataloging
- Good experience with image editing and Photoshop/CorelDraw
- Minimum Bachelors Degree from a well reputed university
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for e-commerce and for contemporary designs and lifestyle products

3. Accounting & Taxation Analyst
Main responsibilities of this position would include:
- Reviewing all inbound bills and invoices and recording in Zoho Books
- Preparing calculations for TDS and GST for monthly and quarterly filings
- Performing complex calculations to reconcile courier accounts based on cash receivables and outward shipments
- Generating GST invoices for B2B customers
Preferred requirements/skills for this position are:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Commerce from a well reputed university
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills with knowledge of all advance tools such as V-Lookup and Pivot Table
- 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting, taxation or finance roles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task on a daily basis
