Very worst delivery

I suppose to be received on 18th Oct 2019 but actually received on 22 Oct 2019 and I was supposed to be travel on a day after the delivery, that’s why I paid extra money for quick delivery. I like the product by seeing the picture but physically I didn’t see the product because of late delivery. However my family received the parcel still i can’t utilise the product on travel and I very disappointed. I am plan to buy some other products but now panic about the delivery.
