Love how they look, but received a damaged product. I tried to write back to them, but they said the usual 7-day return policy has expired, hence we won’t be able to do anything.

Still I have requested them to at least walk me through the process of attaching a chain to the frame, through feviquick or anything else that works.

They just said they won’t be able to do anything.
